Discover the power and mystique of ancient Egypt. See the
pyramids in the morning light… explore the great temples of the
Nile Valley… experience the silent majesty of the desert. Or
simply relax at a beach resort on the Red Sea.
Our journey begins in Cairo, where we'll explore the
world-renowned archeological collections of the Egyptian Museum,
including those of the Royal Mummy Room where the golden
treasures of King Tutankhamun may be found.
Museums are great, but there are treasures to be found
everywhere you look in Egypt. And we'll be sure to visit all of
them, including the Great Pyramid, the Sphinx and medieval Khan
el Khalili Bazaar.
Departing Cairo, we fly to Sharm el Sheik on the Red Sea. Here,
we explore the world-renowned coral reefs. The snorkeling and
diving here are extraordinary. Next, in Luxor, site of ancient
Thebes, we view the great temples and monuments of the Upper
Nile. This region is home to Egypt's most impressive
archeological sites.
Finally, we make our way back to Cairo for a farewell dinner as
we cruise the majestic Nile River.
