1. Arrive Lisbon
Tour begins: 2:00 PM, Tivoli Lisboa, Lisbon, Portugal. A
transfer is included from Lisboa Airport to the Tivoli Lisboa. A
guided sightseeing tour of the city precedes tonight’s welcome
reception and dinner. Meals D
2. Sintra / Cascais / Estoril
Explore Sintra and tour the 14th-century Royal Palace, then
see the coastal towns of Cascais and Estoril along the
Portuguese Riviera. Meals B
3. Medieval Sights of Evora
Travel to Evora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, for a guided
walking tour through medieval streets. Meals BLD
4. Andalucía / Seville
See the Roman ruins of Mérida and drive through the
whitewashed villages of Andalucía. Arrive in Seville, and attend
a private flamenco performance tonight. Meals BLD
5. Discover Historic Seville
Sightseeing includes the Gothic cathedral and a walking tour
of Barrio de Santa Cruz. Meals B
6. Jerez de la Frontera / Marbella
In Jerez de la Frontera, visit the Royal Andalucían School
of Equestrian Art, and then have lunch at a sherry bodega.
Continue on to coastal Marbella for two nights. Meals BLD
7. As You Please in Marbella
Spend the day at leisure in the beach resort city of
Marbella. Meals B
8. Ronda / Granada
Ascend to cliff-top Ronda where a walking tour includes
Moorish and Roman ruins and one of Spain’s oldest bullrings;
travel to Granada in the Sierra Nevada. Meals BLD
9. Alhambra Palace / Córdoba
Visit the Moorish Alhambra for a tour of the palace and the
Generalife, then on to Córdoba. Meals BL
10. Sierra Morena / Parador de Almagro
A walking tour of Córdoba includes the cobblestone streets
of the old Jewish Quarter and a visit to the Mezquita. In
Almagro, stay at historic Parador de Almagro. Meals BLD
11. Toledo / Madrid
Drive through Consuegra to Toledo; a walking tour takes you
to the Church of Santo Tomé and to a synagogue in the historic
Jewish Quarter. Arrive in Madrid. Meals B
12. Experience Madrid
A morning sightseeing tour of Madrid views the Royal Palace,
Neptuno and Cibeles fountains, Gran Via and more; the remainder
of the day is free. Meals B
13. Guided Tour, Museo del Prado
Take a guided tour of Museo del Prado, one of the greatest
art galleries in the world, followed by time to explore Madrid
as you please. We invite you to join us this evening for a
farewell reception and dinner. Meals BD
14. Journey Home
Tour ends: Madrid, Spain. A transfer from The Westin Palace,
Madrid to Barajas Airport is included. Allow a minimum of 2 ½
