Climates of East Africa & Southern Africa: |
♦ East Africa -
Truly a year-round destination, the East African climate
features warm, bright days. Late afternoon rains are
customary in April/May and October/November.
♦ Southern Africa -
April to October is considered the fall / winter season,
with crisp days, cooler nights and occasional rain. Summer
occurs December to March bringing warm, sunny days and
cooler evenings.
♦ Egypt - With
desert accounting for most of its terrain, Egypt's climate
is usually dry, with two seasons: a hot season from May to
October and a cool season from November to April.
