romantic gardens in Ravello. Tonight, enjoy dinner at a local

DAY 7, Friday - Paestum, Country estate visit
After breakfast, depart for the country estate of Barron
Vannulo, one of the oldest traditional farms to incorporate
modern technology in the production of the world's most famous
"Mozzarella di Bufala Campania." By law, true mozzarella must be
produced exclusively from whole buffalo milk, whereas other
cheeses derived from cow's milk, such as Fiordilatte, are not
true mozzarella. Interestingly, the breeding of milk buffaloes
was introduced by the Greeks, and even today serves as the base
of the region's economy. Visit the farm and its intriguing
museum, followed by lunch featuring some of the farm's freshest
products. Continue to the archaeological site of Paestum, a very
important colony of "Magna Grecia," and delight in an exciting
tour of some of the most intact and best preserved Greek temple
ruins in Europe. Return to your hotel with the afternoon at
leisure Overnight: Sorrento Meals: Breakfast,
Lunch
DAY 8, Saturday - Naples
After breakfast, we journey to the city of Naples for a
panoramic tour of one of Italy's liveliest cities. Forged by
ancient civilizations, primarily the Greeks, one can easily see
the various cultural influences in the modern city, through its
monuments, language, and local lifestyle. Upon arrival, enjoy a
relaxing drive along the fishermen's wharf of Santa Lucia,
stopping in Mergellina to see the Castel dell'Ovo, Angiovino
Castle, and Piazza Plebiscito with its Royal Palace, before a
guided visit of the National Archaeological Museum. Founded in
the 1750s by Charles III of Bourbon, the museum houses an
impressive collection of Greek and Roman antiquities. Return to
