Originally built in 1876, this colonial home has been
beautifully remodelled as a boutique hotel in the suburbs of
Christchurch. The stunning gardens, period dining room and

Terrace Downs, Darfield

The Residence, Lake Tekapo
Facing Mount Cook, the Residence is a brand new property in
the sleepy village of Lake Tekapo. Each with their own private
courtyard, our two-storey apartments have been designed in warm
rustic colours to harmonize with our tranquil surroundings. Our
rooms do not have telephones, but what better reminder that
we’ve come to New Zealand to relax and get in touch with nature?
