ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Lisbon
Arrive in Lisbon and transfer to your hotel. The remainder
of the afternoon is at leisure. Lapa Palace/Bairro Alto
DAY 2: Lisbon
Visit St. George's Castle, the Moorish Alfama quarter, the
18th-century Baixa quarter and Commerce Square. In the Belém
area see the Jeronimos Monastery, Belém Tower and world-famous
Coach Museum, then explore the Calouste Gulbenkian Museum. Lapa
Palace/Bairro Alto B
DAY 3: Lisbon/Cascais/Sintra/Lisbon
Travel to Cascais and Sintra, a World Heritage Site. Later,
return to Lisbon. Lapa Palace/Bairro Alto B
DAY 4: Lisbon/Obidos/Alcobaça/Batalha/Oporto
Stop at Obidos, a delightful ancient citadel. Continue to
Alcobaça to visit the 11th-century, Romanesque, Cistertian
monastery. Sheraton Porto Hotel & Spa B
DAY 5: Oporto
Sightseeing includes the Cleric's Tower, the Romanesque
cathedral, the Stock Exchange, the gilded church of San
Francisco and the riverside district. Then sample port at a wine

DAY 6: Depart Oporto
After breakfast, transfer to the airport. B
