PUNTA ISLITA EXTENSION ITINERARY:
DAY 1: San José, Costa Rica/Punta Islita
Board a 45-minute flight to Punta Islita and a short
transfer to your small, luxury hotel. After checking in, the
rest of the day is open for optional activities (at additional
cost). Located in the province of Guanacaste on a Pacific beach,
Hotel Punta Islita offers horseback riding, ATV tours, fishing,
snorkeling, hiking and spa services. The hotel has joined with
the community (population 100) to develop an outdoor art museum
created by a local women's co-op and a similar project for men
who do carpentry for the hotel. Hotel Punta Islita
DAYS 2-3: Punta Islita
Spend two full days relaxing at Punta Islita. Hotel Punta
Islita B
DAY 4: Punta Islita/San José
Transfer to Islita and fly back to San José, where you are
met and transferred to your hotel for the evening. Marriott

DAY 5: San José
Transfer to the airport this morning for your onward flight
home or your next Latin American destination. B
