Board an overnight flight to Venice and transfer to your

Stroll through the Doge's Palace, Piazza San Marco and St.
Mark's Basilica. The afternoon is at leisure before this

Travel by private boat this morning across the lagoon to
Murano, famous for its glass works, and Burano, known for its

DAY 5: Venice/Florence

DAY 7: Florence
Visit the Uffizi Gallery and view the remarkable exterior of
the Palazzo Vecchio before walking through the Piazza Signoria.

DAY 8: Florence/San Gimignano/Siena/Rome
Take in a panoramic view of the city from Piazzale
Michelangelo, then drive through the glorious Tuscan countryside
to San Gimignano, with its ancient walls and towers. Continue to
Siena and wander the Piazza del Campo, visiting the Duomo. After

DAY 9: Rome
Visit the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Circus Maximus,
Arch of Constantine and the Church of San Pietro in Vincoli.
Drive along the famous Via Veneto, past the Aurelian Walls,

DAY 10: Rome
A visit to the Vatican includes the Sistine Chapel, painted
by Michelangelo from 1508 to 1512 and considered to be one of
the most renowned artworks of the High Renaissance period.
Continue to St. Peter's Basilica, built on the site where Peter
the apostle, thought to be the first pope, was crucififi ed and
buried. Until recently the largest church ever built, St.
Peter's still remains one of the holiest sites in Christendom.

Transfer to the airport to board your homebound flight. B
