ROME EXTENSION ITINERARY:
DAY 1: Rome
This morning discover the splendors of Rome's ancient
civilization with visits to the Colosseum, Forum and Pantheon.
This afternoon explore the 17th-century Galleria Borghese, set
in the beautiful surroundings of the Villa Borghese Park, to see
works by Titian, Caravaggio and Raphael. Hotel de Russie
DAY 2: Rome/Tivoli/Rome
Today, travel with your guide northeast of Rome to the town
of Tivoli for a visit to Hadrian's Villa. This vast open-air
museum, offering the finest architecture of the Roman world, was
built as a summer residence for the Emperor between AD 118 and
134. Continue to Villa d'Este, famed for its terraced gardens
and waterfalls, then return to Rome for an evening at leisure.

DAY 3: Rome
This morning, transfer to Vatican City for a visit to the
magnificent Vatican Museums, which house the celebrated Sistine
Chapel with Michelangelo's famous frescoes, and other priceless
