DAYS 1-3: USA or Canada/Sydney, Australia
Fly overnight to Sydney, where your room is ready when you
arrive. This afternoon enjoy a private cruise of Sydney Harbour.

DAY 4: Sydney
Visit Taronga Zoo and then learn to ride the waves at famous
Bondi Beach. Tonight attend a welcome dinner with your fellow

DAY 5: Sydney/Adelaide
Board a fl ight to Adelaide and go mountain biking or take
off by paddleboat for a scenic ride along the River Torrens.
Dine this evening at your choice of one of A&K's recommended

DAY 6: Adelaide/Kangaroo Island/Adelaide
Fly to Kangaroo Island and explore by fourwheel- drive
vehicle, walk among the seals or share a barbecue lunch with the

DAY 7: Adelaide/Alice Springs
Board a fl ight to Alice Springs for a quad bike adventure
on a private cattle station. Tonight, attend an Aussie-style
barbecue under the stars. Alice Springs Resort B D
DAY 8: Alice Springs/Ayers Rock
Visit the School of the Air, a program of radio instruction
that brought home schooling to the Outback. Board a flight to
Ayers Rock for an afternoon drive to Kata Tjuta (the Olgas).
Then experience a unique encounter as you learn about the
signifi cance of the desert animals to the local Anangu people
and their creation of time stories during a visit to "Predators

DAY 9: Ayers Rock/Cairns/Port Douglas
Watch the sun rise over Ayers Rock before fl ying to Cairns

DAY 10: Great Barrier Reef
Explore and snorkel the world-renowned coral landscape of

DAY 11: Port Douglas/Mossman/ Port Douglas
Walk with an Aboriginal guide to learn about their culture
in this part of Australia. This evening bid a fond "g'day" to
Australia at a very special farewell dinner at Sea Temple. Sea

DAY 12: Port Douglas/Cairns/Sydney
Visit the Cairns Freshwater Station and board the Kuranda
Rail for a journey into the rainforest. After strolling through
the village, travel by skyrail to return to the base of the
mountain. Continue to Sydney for an evening at leisure. Four

DAY 13: Sydney/USA or Canada
After a leisurely morning, board your homebound flight. B
