SIGNATURE ZAMBIA & BOTSWANA ITINERARY:
DAY 1:
Arrive in Lusaka and travel to the lush, wildlife-rich South
Luangwa Valley, one of Africa's last hidden treasures.
DAYS 2-3:
Enjoy two full days on safari at your bush lodge. An
extensive variety of game drives is available as well as bush
walks conducted by a professional guide. During your stay here,
look for elephant, lion, wild dog, buffalo and a wide variety of
antelope, in addition to other endemic species. With private
panoramic views from your elegant suite, the wildlife you came
to see is never far away.
DAY 4:
Fly to Livingstone and transfer to your luxury lodge located in
the Mosi-oa-Tunya National Park. Designated a UNESCO World
Heritage Site, the park is located along the upper Zambezi
River. Because there are no predators in the park, zebra,
giraffe, warthog and a variety of birds roam at a relaxed pace,
giving photographers exceptional opportunities for capturing the
perfect shot.
DAY 5:
Enjoy a guided walking tour of the famous Victoria Falls, a
spectacle to even the most seasoned traveller. Enjoy a leisurely
afternoon relaxing or take advantage of one of the many
activities available at your lodge.
DAY 6:
Cross into Botswana and fly to Baines Camp, a haven tucked away
in the Okavango Delta where suites set on elevated platforms
with wooden decks offer expansive views over the Boro River.
Your afternoon is at leisure.
DAY 7:
Enjoy morning and afternoon game drives and a unique elephant
interaction with a group of semi-habituated elephants.
DAY 8:
Fly to Chief 's Camp, situated in the Mombo Concession of the
Moremi Game Reserve. Known as the "predator capital" of
Botswana, the reserve offers unsurpassed game viewing.
DAYS 9-10:
Wildlife viewing in the Mombo area is nothing short of
spectacular. This area is renowned for its large concentrations
of elephant, buffalo, giraffe, impala and predators.
DAY 11:
Connect with a scheduled flight to Johannesburg for your onward
journey.
