Day 1 - Welcome to Beijing!
Check in to your choice of city-center hotel, the 5-star Sofitel Hotel or the legendary Peninsula, a luxury landmark located close to the Forbidden City.

Day 2 - Explore Imperial Beijing
Today’s in-depth sightseeing focuses on the Imperial monuments of the capital. Stand in Tiananmen Square, one of the largest and grandest public plazas in the world. Then explore the sprawling Forbidden City#WHS#, a grand complex of palaces, courtyards and pavilions. Marvel at the Temple of Heaven#WHS#, an extraordinary Ming Dynasty achievement of architecture, aesthetic and engineering and then tour the tranquil Summer Palace#WHS#, erstwhile seasonal retreat of China’s Emperors and Empresses. Day 3 - Great Wall & Hutong Tour
Journey into the rugged hills outside of the capital to explore atop the Great Wall#WHS#. Back in the city, see the iconic venues of the 2008 Summer Olympics and explore by rickshaw through a traditional hutong. Meet with a resident family in their generations-old courtyard home and learn about the fast-changing pace of life in the capital. Meals B,L

Day 4 - Fly to Hong Kong
Your private car and driver await to escort you to the airport for your flight to Hong Kong. Upon arrival, you’ll be warmly greeted and transferred to the city-center hotel of your choice, the Royal Garden or the luxurious Kowloon Shangri-La. Meals B

Day 5 - Be a Hong Kong Insider!
Personally designed by our Asia experts here and in Hong Kong, this unique, privately-guided sightseeing tour takes you beyond the typical sights to experience facets of Hong Kong that few visitors ever glimpse!
